being it my first, it was kinda rushed, but certainly drinkable! I was amazed by the head and carbonation. Primary for 10 days bottled for 16. I know this isn't a lot but to even get a drinkable beer with such little effort and time is nice. plus now i have a drinkable stock while I brew more. very encouraging.

Still has a sweeter taste and cloudy. Its a tad cidery actually. Maybe this will get better in time?

Cheers! :)

Congrats and welcome to a whole new world. It will clear in time..It will also imporove in time..Looks a bit over carbed for me..how much sugar did you add to carb it with?

Start brewing more is what I would do

you must have quite a keen eye, I messed up with the sugar and added a tad too much. I'm just happy to come away with a drinkable beer for my first time. :mug:

Let it ferment for 3 weeks (unless you cold crash) for that brew. 4-5 for mid-higher gravity beers. The cider taste will probably mellow with time (if you don't drink it all). I'd say let em sit for another 2 weeks, then set a 6er in the fridge and wait 2 days before opening one. Should be more clear then. Also, don't forget to pour carefully and leave a 1/4th inch of beer left in the bottle so to leave the yeast in. Should be more clear that way.
