My cascade hops need some info

:confused:I have six hop plants growing this year all other 5 plants look great did some searching on how they should be looking and all is well. My cascade plant (pics below) dont look like any pics i can get on the internet. Going to harvest tomorrow because they are starting to yellow. Got a good amount on the plant but the all the hops seem small. Can anyone help with info

Cascade cones are on the small side and I'd say harvest them asap. They're getting too dry.
 
I have undeveloped Zeus cones that have very similar browning. I know for a fact that they are not ready to be harvested. I email Great Lakes Hops (where I bought it) I will report back with what they recommend once they email me back.
 
Are those first year hops? Sometimes they do funny things until they get established. Those really don't really seem to have the characteristic Cascade cone structure is why I ask. Before you pick, pull a few of the more mature cones off and give 'em the rub-n-sniff test to make sure they're ready. The nose knows!
