After 2 weeks in the primary and checking my Hydrometer (og: 1.60 ... fg: 1.10) I decided to bottle my Paulaner Hefe clone.
I bottled around 3 gallons of brew before I realized how parched I was. I fill up half a pint of my clone and start drinking it. After I bottle a couple more beers, I find myself parched again, so I fill up my now empty pint glass to half-full again. I kept doing this until I was done bottling.
As I finished, I looked over and noticed that I was 4 fliptops shy of what I normally brew. I shrug it off and stand up.
It then hit me ...
I was considerably tipsy off my non carbonated, straight out of the primary beer. This is the first time I've ever done this with beer straight out of my primary, 3 to 4 pints of beer ... At least it's good
