ok so its been about a week in the fermenter and now its milky?

is this normal?

will it clear?

Red Star Montrachet yeast
1gl 100% apple juice (I didn't boil this just poured it in the fermenter)
2cups dark brown sugar
1tbs ground cinnamon
1 12oz can apple concentrate

I boiled sugar and cinnamon with 2cups water for 15min
cooled and mixed with juice and pitched yeast

3 days later I added the concentrate.

It looked good then nice dark caramel color. (b4 I added the concentrate)

3 days later and milk?

I don't know whats wrong if any thing is this is my first cider!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I used EdWort's recipe, it took about 6 weeks in the fermenter to clear up. This is normal...be patient.

Thank you I feel better Ill just let it sit now.

 :)

You will see a clear start around the 2 to 3 week mark. My Apple wines do the same thing and look like coffee with creamer for about a week. I just rack a batch of applewine this weekend and it went through this. I thought I was going to need to tie it down to the table it was work so hard. and then it slowed and started clearing.
