okay so i didn't know to crush the grain ... i fermented at 80 with aggressive belgian yeast (exploded...got all over the wall)... i bottled without an FG reading.
and somehow, someway, this beer tastes great and got me drunk ! the hops aroma is amazing (citra hops).
my only complaint is it's not dark, probably because i didn't crush the chocolate and black patent malts.
it's a great amber color, and seems to be getting me drunk too !
i wanted to thank everyone on here for my thousands of questions, and for helping ensure my future batches will be even better !
