Ready to pull the trigger here. I have researched the pieces and will build a dual element 120v system or just add a second element to a Unibrau V3 and call it a day. The custom build would have recirculation through the lid with quick disconnect recirc and whirlpool arms. The main factor here is that I can order the unibrau now, minimal assembly and go. The custom route will take 4 weeks to get the kettle and basket made and most likely need some troubleshooting but have an advantage or 2. Look at my list, what would you do?
