Made my first all grain batches of beer this weekend. Stone IPA clone yesterday and a Breakfast Stout today. Here's a few pics of the set up.

So I checked the gravity on both today.
The Breakfast Stout:
The target OG was 1.064 with a target FG of 1.019.
OG after the Boil was 1.054. Gravity after 9 days is 1.018 giving me an ABV of 4.72.

The Stone IPA Clone:
Target OG 1.061 with a target FG of 1.013
OG after the Boil was 1.060. Gravity after 10 days is 1.010 giving me an ABV of 6.55.
Also am Dry Hopping for 5 days with 2 oz of Chinook pellets and .5 oz Centennial.

Tasted each from my measuring cylinder after taking readings. The Stout is good but not as deep and dark as I'd hoped. Definitely will be a mild Stout.
The IPA... now I'm not a big fan of IPAs but made this for friends as I have many that are. That being said, I may be acquiring a taste as my sample had very good flavor. Amazed how clear it is already. Looking forward to being able to keg/carb/ and drink both of these!
