I'm trying to buy some bulk grain from my LHBS. They can't get Breiss Pilsen (even though they can get all other Breiss varieties), but they can get Muntons Lager in a 55 lb bag. Would this be similar to a Breiss Pilsen malt (L 1.0) or closer to Breiss 2-row (L 1.8)? I can't seem to find any specs on the Muntons malts.

Is the difference between L 1.0 and L 1.8 not enough to worry about? I have always used Breiss Pilsen extract before, but now I have moved to All Grain. If Breiss 2-row will still be fine for plilsners, then I will just get that.
