I've read several times on here, that it is impossible to make a good extract dunkelweizen, because you need munich malts and they don't make Munich extract.
However, I've seen munich extract for sale, and Brewing Classic Styles references munich extract for their dunkel, so is there something phony about the munich extracts out there?
