Hi,
I've been thinking about this one for a couple of days. I was hoping that you guys could help me get some clarity.
I was hoping to have more than one batch in my ferm chamber, for example, can I have a beer in secondary, and still put a new batch, that is actively fermenting in the same chamber? Should I keep mt temp probe connected to the "old" beer?
I'm guessing using the same yeast strains plays a factor.
any thoughts/suggestions?
Thanks
