I just completed a Brutus 10 build. Everything is near identical to Lonnie McAllister's design, including the gas valves. I'm using the H212, low psi, 92,000 BTU multi-jet burner. I created and mounted my own pilot using 1/4" black pipe, capped with a 1/16" hole drilled. The pilot works well. My problem: The pilot lights a jet or two. The rest of the jets don't ignite. There is fuel flowing through the jets as I can ignite each jet with a lighter. I think it is a matter of how much fuel is flowing to the burner. I played with the manual valve, but didn't have much luck. Any suggestions?
