So I put together my first batch in a Mr Brew thing and forgot about it. It's been in there for a few months. My initial thought was just to throw it out and clean it. But I had the thought of maybe bottling one of the bottles. What do you think? Bad idea? Probably.

Did you taste it? If it doesn't taste bad... I'd go ahead and bottle it.

I haven't tasted it yet. I'll do that. It was my first attempt.

It'll taste flat but unless infection took hold or temps were all over the place, it should be pretty drinkable.

Give it a shot... you've got nothing to lose now.

True. If anything I have a couple other kits so I can start anew. This time I'll just pay attention better. I don't think the temps should be too bad seeing it's in my game room in the basement which is controlled.

your brew is probably as good as its gonna be. Leaving in Primary, especially a small Mr. Beer thing for a few months probably hasn't had any ill effects.

Taste it. If there is no obvious sour or vinegar flavor, it should be fine.
