Is this supposed to be hard, or funny?

"I see your shwartz is as big as mine!"

an easy classic. remember if you don't win you have to live indoors the rest of your life with shades drawn!

I always wondered how they got away with that line. SCHWARTZ or SCHWARZ is German for the color "black".

On the other hand, SCHWANZ, meaning "tail" also means d1ck.

lol, i remember being a kid and Schwarzenegger on arsenio hall saying something like that...so that's twice, right, german and spanish? lol, surprised he didn't have to change his name to become a citizen....

just looked it up for Yiddish, spelled "schvartze" (wonder if this forum will let me get away with it? ) lol

so the point here, is they miss pronounced it in the movie though....i think

anyway your on @jaymosbeershack , what's the quote? i haven't earned my right to water my garden with my shirt off yet!

edit: and i was just reading my post over again, so for americans saying black in ANY other language is automaticaly an insult to an 'african-american'? lol, makes you wonder what the rest of the world thinks....

It's pronounced SCHV because a German W is pronounced as a V, a V is F, a n A is Ah and an E is A.

In the alphabet A VW (Volkswagen) is pronounced "Fowl-Vay".

Which quote are you referencing?

Apparently i'm stupid. can't seem to find where i saw that. think it was the translation of the song. isn't he saying in german "You hate me to say"?

edit: never mind, apparently i've been living a lie.
it sounds like two words in the song, but it apparently means asked, "gefragt"

and i'm guilty by association, someone told me that's what they were saying. and i guess that's what i get for listening to people. :)

i think my homebrew actually has alcohol at least! (or does it?) lol

sorry for the :off:

Its either Tommy Boy or Black Sheep. I confuse the two. I'm thinking Black Sheep though, scene where the nitrous tank leaks and they get pulled over (Ro Adds, Roodes)

"Dr. Animal's intelligence goes beyond the borders of the human mind. His savagery goes beyond the borders of the animal!"

"Asked" is right.

I was going to post:

We've got canned fruits and vegetables, canned fish and meats, hot and cold syrups, Post Toasties, Corn Flakes, Sugar Puffs, Rice Krispies, Oatmeal... and Cream of Wheat.

But it would have been too easy...so:

At least I didn't sleep with the boss.

No, you slept with the boss's wife.
