Hi all,
Been a while since I have posted but wanted your opinion on this all-grain recipe. I am going to brew up a simple beer featuring Motueka hops. Here is the recipe for a 5 gal batch:
10 lbs Pilsen Malt
1 lbs Caramel 20L
1 oz Motueka (60 min)
1 oz Motueka (0 min)
Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager
2 oz Motueka Dry Hop
Very simple and I want to focus on Motueka obviously, I have been told it is a delicate hop however from the brewery I work at. I plan on doing a full-body mash (154 F), OG should be in the range of 1.053 with an estimated ABV of 4.9%.
Let me know any experiences you have had with either higher mash temps or use of Motueka hops, I feel like I should have included more since they are quite delicate.
Prost!
