I receive more positive feedback on this brew than just about any other, and it is a personal favorite, so figured I'd share.

It is somewhat based off blacklab's recipe here:
https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f66/cascades-orange-pale-ale-84558/

Measured brewhouse efficiency: 71%

Measured ABV: 5.9%

8 lb Marris Otter
2 lb 2-row
1 lb Crystal 10
1 lb Vienna
8 oz Cara-Pils

Mash at 152F for 60 min, 4.5 gal.
Single batch sparge with 180F water, 4.75 gal.

0.5 oz Horizon, boil 60 min (pellet)
1 oz Cascade, boil 10 min (pellet)
1 tsp Irish Moss, boil 10 min
1 oz Mosaic, boil 5 min (pellet)
1 oz Mosaic, flameout (pellet)

2 oz Mosaic, dry hop for 5 days (pellet)

Water profile:
Ca 130
Mg 12
Na 18
Sulfate 180
Chloride 45
Bicarb 175
Mash pH 5.4
