It seems like Morton's Sugar Cure has been discontinued, based on things I'm seeing around the web. Prices are getting jacked up everywhere, as a result.
So, I cured a little over 40 lbs of bacon this weekend with tenderquick and some brown sugar. Not sure how that is going to turn out.
