Ingredient List:

3 gallons of cran-raspberry juice (no preservatives, please)
2 1/2 cups of corn sugar
3 hand fulls of raisins
1 packet Red Star Montrachet

"Brew" similar to appfelwein, dump half the bottle into your fermenter, add corn sugar to cran-raspberry bottle, shake, and dump the rest in. Add raisins and re-hydrated yeast and you're off.

I plan on leaving it alone for about 4 weeks, then using sorbate and Camden tablets to stabilize.

This was loosely inspired by a wine the girlfriend and I tasted at a Food and Wine Festival here in upstate NY.
