Come on guys, no suggestions?! I literally took the entire day off work to take advantage of it!

Rogue beer are one of my favorite. Try their hazelnut brown ale. Dragonmeads Tripel is really good as well. Those are the only two that i recognized from the list. Wish i was there. I love Montreal.

I'll definitely try some Rogue I've heard good things... And since us Canadians don't get any DogfishHead I'm going to ransack their exhibit when I get there!

Also, Caribou burgers for lunch will probably be a nice pairing ;)

Check out Jolly Pumpkin, They make some interesting brews.

Dragonmead is great too.

New Holland makes a great stout called The Poet.

Founders make some great brews

I like Belgian so I would probably spend a lot of time checking out the Belgian breweries, but that could be deadly.

Man, just got back. After 6 hours and 100$ later I'm good to go for round 2 on Saturday.

Really impressed by Rogue's Nut Brown Ale (or something to that effect).
Also had a GREAT Belgian but wish I took down the name because everything's a blur right now!

Forgot to mention the best part of the afternoon:

Literally watching cobwebs growing at all the Macro exhibits (Heineken, Coors, Rickard's, Sapporo, Grolsh etc...) ZERO people trying their stuff, including their own reps who were tasting all the local stuff from micro-breweries.

Craft beer is alive and well in Montreal :mug:
