the shipping on my weldless was less than 20 bucks... if I recall
Awesome! What site did you go through? Also do you have a parts list that I can compare to? I'm pretty well seton doing a single tier along the lines of the Brutus or wallace......Firebat138 said:the shipping on my weldless was less than 20 bucks... if I recall

My system is two tier you only have to have 1 pump and I prefer to run off with gravity. You can up grade as you go I added a RIMS to mine a year or so after I built it. Here are single and two tier systems I've built.

Holy cow those are both beautiful! Can you give me an idea on cost for your parts and labor just on the stands (minus costs for burners and pumps etc)?
Also what did you use for your RIMS?

they're kinda tall, stainless is difficult to work with and there are companies who will build stands for you...

Tomtanner said:Hey thank you for the tip! I am curious about one aspect of the welding. Do you grind the bead down do that it is a flat surface or do you leave the bead and grind the slag off? Just wondering from a structural integrity standpoint
