Then starsan spray it. You shouldn't need alot of pressure as not to force anything past the seal into the keg. After that I'd give it a light rinse and towel dry.

But no. Do not use bleach. Just use hot tap water then and give it a good clean with a lint less cloth. Then starsan it.
