I started kegging after the second batch I made, so my bottling experience is slim. I have a bunch of bottles that I have been keeping from cases that I have bought and some of them now have mold at the bottom.

If I soak them in a Oxyclean solution and they come out looking clean, am I good to use them for bottling?

A lot depends on your comfort level. Glass won't 'soak up' stuff. Lots of places sell bottle brushes. Look for one that would adapt to an electric drill. Once you are sure they are clean, boiling wouldn't hurt either.

I would manually remove the mold via rinsing with a jet bottle washer thing or a brush and then soak in cleaner and I would probably heat sanitize (or sterilize in the oven) at least once.
