I live in Phoenix AZ in a rather long and narrow townhouse with the long side facing south- It gets sun all day long. This is nice for plants, not so nice for stable interior temperatures. Even in Winter (such as we have here) My house can vary in temp 10 to 15 degrees during the day- short of getting a fermenting fridge or ice chest is there a way to moderate the temperature swings of my fermenter? I thought about placing it in a 40 gallon tub in my downstairs bathroom- which is the only room in the house with no exterior walls.
Any thoughts or help would be appreciated
