Ok I did a no no just to help me learn this stuff. When I bottled the first batch of beer, I had 51 bottles. I put 48 up to carb ( 3 weeks @ 70 degrees......3 weeks @ 70 degrees.....) I stuck the other 3 in the back of the fridge and opened one just now. Even with going right from the bottler to the fridge I got a little "pssst" when I opened it. Other than being flat it is AWESOME! Not one speck of sediment, and even my son tasted it and said it was a lot like guinness. Now I can't wait for it to get done!!!!!
