I have been working out what I need for an all grain system & could use some input/suggestion. I have available a slotted piece of SS that fits tightly in my cooler just above the drain & would work well for holding the grain bed. I also think it may do well dispersing the water as it is poured in shopuld I build a Cu manifold instead. What would be the pros & cons?
