Mixing kit brews together

Hi just wondering if anyone has mixed different types of kit brews together for example i was thinking of mixing something like a draught with a larger to see what it would be like. Would this work? or waste of time.

You would just be creating a new recipe with the ingredients of the two mixed together. Outcome would be really be decided by the yeast used. Lager yeast and a long cool fermentation or an ale yeast fermented at a much warmer temperature.

Would need more info on what ingredients you are mixing, as any two kits mixed together won't necessarily be good.
