Missing brother...

Just got a call late last night about a Facebook post concerning my older brother Ron. Here's a link to my facebook page with the post at the top. If any of you sees him or his red 2000 caddy with white leather interior, possibly in the Cleveland area, please contact the sheriff's office. There's a state-wide hunt on for him, as the last time anyone talked to him was the end of September. He's been seeing a 30-something woman strung out from riding the horse.

He drives a 2000 red caddy with white leather interior. Last seen in Cleveland wearing a red tee shirt, blue jeans, boots, & a marine corps hat. He's an ex-marine from the Vietnam era. He also wears wire-rim glasses last I saw.

Well, this heroin strung-out 30 year old hooker he was seeing is either hiding him from us, or? Even the Parma cops couldn't get her to bring him to the door when he was supposedly home. We're beginning to think she's hiding something. It's lookin' like it's time to get the gang together for an old-fashioned beat-down!

You seem to have a hard time comprehending english.

If "worse comes to worse" and the offending party comes to ANY harm, the statements you have made on this PUBLIC forum WILL be used against you in trial as evidence of pre-meditation. Any hope of a plea based on heat of the moment, etc. is instantly thrown out, because you have talked about it before hand. Talking about it means thinking about it. Thinking about it is pre-meditation.

And what's worse, if the person in question comes to harm - even if you DIDN'T do it, you have stated a desire in a PUBLIC forum to cause harm to that person. Guess who just put their own name on the suspect list?


Edit: I do hope your brother is safe, and if he is with the strung out younger woman, that is an unfortunate situation that seems to happen too often. I hope you can resolve the situation and get your brother back, but seriously dude, be smart about what you say in public forums.

Well, they say they got a text message from him. But all his phones are shut off for non-payment, so I tend to discount it. Anyone could claim to be him in a text...

Tell the police you think he's being held against his will at whatever location you think he might be. DEMAND they actually set eyes on him, give them a photo to compare, DEMAND they ask him to contact you. Ask to go along to see with your own eyes that he is OK. None of this is unreasonable. All of it is legal.

I'm assuming Cleveland has some sort of electronic traffic management system. Have you considered having the police put out a silver alert with his license plate or other info? I know those are intended more for people with Alzheimer's, but it couldn't hurt to check into it.

They have traffic cameras downtown & such. Idk how far they go, though. But we did give them the number of the gas station he frequents close to home that was sure they had him, the car & plates on security video. We all wanna see him, rather than just supposedly hearing from them about him.

Sorry folks. Forgot to update this thread, my bad. Prayers have indeed been answered. He got another one of those pay as you go phones. My niece called & said he dropped that woman like a bad habit, her being strung out ridin' the horse again. He's staying with my nieces now, his kids from his previous marriage. He called & explained things, talked about what he heard of my own condition, etc. It was good to hear from him! He seems fine for the moment, at least. Makes me think of the Eagles song, " desperado". At least he's back with family again!:rockin:
