Bock got done after 2 weeks in primary.
OG 1.080
FG 1.030

beersmith projected 1.010-.019

Huge deal? It tastes good... Just differnce between 1.80 and 1.10 is 9% and 6%
 
What temp did you have it at? I make my Bock around 58-60 for the primary and then secondary around 42. D-Rest at 68-70 for 2 days, then I Lager at 34-36.
 
Temp was at 62 for 2 weeks
used us-05 yeast.

There wasnt a really high krauson mark...

First guess i had was it fermented to low of a temp...But could be wrong.
Second guess was with such being a high starting gravity 1pkt of yeast wasnt enough and didnt have enough yeasties to get the job done all the way...but just a guess there.
