I've got my 5 gal. igloo MLT ready to go. But, before moving on to AG I would like to brew up this AHS American Pale Ale mini-mash that's been sitting around (2.25 lb base grains / 1 lb specialty). AHS says to use a grain bag for steeping (which I do have)... but any reason why I couldn't us my MLT? Itching to try it out.
