I own the Verona Wine Cellar (in Verona, suburb of Madison, WI), we have 10 cooler doors of brew, one of which holds the Miller/Coors swill. I am seriously debating taking it off the shelf and giving it back to the distributor. Upsides are twofold: 1) I can stand up for the craft brewers (which is about 90% of our beer business anyhow, and margins suck on Miller/Coors) 2) More room for craft brews. Anyone have any feedback on this from a business standpoint? Good decision? Bad decision?
