I don't have a recipe, but according to the stats posted for the Ontario Cask IPA Challenge it contains:

Pale Ale Malt
Biscuit
Munich
Caramel
Chocolate

Bitter, aroma and dry hopped all with Cascade

OG 1.050
FG 1.011
IBU 42
SRM 15

Was just visiting TO and got to Mill St a few times. Their ESB is the one to order IMHO.
