I'm going to brew a Milk Stout soon. I'm going to split it in two batches, do the first batch plain, and add an adjunct to the 2nd. Any suggestions to the adjunct?
Alsooooo.... Splitting spec. Grains is a beyotch. Anyone have advice? (That bag is hard to clean and reuse)

cocoa nibs.
roughly 1/4 oz. per gallon of beer. Either in the primary or (preferably) for 5-7 days in secondary.
or real vanilla extract when bottling. say 1/2-3/4 oz. for a 2-1/2 gallon bottling batch
