Can anybody suggest a good milk stout extract or partial mini mash recipe. Im not looking for a big bold stout just a mild easy drinking one. My taste in darker beers is slowly getting better but im still looking for mild on this one. Even better would be about a 3 gallon recipe in the event it wasn't my favorite. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Try this one, from the recipe database here: Deception Cream Stout. I've made it a number of times, it's very good. Similar to, but better than, Left Hand Milk Stout, if you want to try a bottle of that to see if it works for you.

Cheers,

One of our more popular kits is the Midnight Milk Stout extract kit with 2lbs of grain that is very smooth and drinkable. I could give you a 3 gallon recipe of the separate ingredients if you would be more interested in that.
