I bottled the above yesterday and had a cup left over tried it it taste very good. Grape and honey come through delicately. I will try this again.

Did you use grape juice? Only asking because I made a Concord Grape Sour recently. I used frozen Grape juice concentrate and it turned out well.

No I used grapes that I found by an old staion house by the rialroad tracks near my home. The fellow at the wine making store said he thought they were White concord. It is not over powering in the mix.
