I borrowed several ideas from projects on HBT and built a fermentation chamber. I figured I'd post a couple pics just in case it can help and/or inspire anyone else. I have a little more info on my blog if anyone is interested, Microbus Brewery: Fermentation Chamber, but I have to admit, I'm not real good at taking pics during builds. As always, thank you to everyone that contributes ideas to this forum.
Long story short, I bought a used Haier chest freezer, added a collar for a little extra height, added a heat source, built a dual stage temp controller, and built a simple dolly out of 16 gauge 1.5" tubing so it's mobile. I still plan on adding a fan for circulation, but other than that it's pretty much done.
