Hi Y'all,

I'm testing the waters to see if anyone has an all grain clone of Ale Asylums' Belgium Trippel based Mercy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Familiar with this beer.

I guess I would start with this as I have something similar in secondary right now.

pale 2-row\belgian pils
cara-pils
special b
dark candi
honey
perle and haller hops
corriander
orange peel

I would stick with one of the abbey yeasts.

Thanks for your help.

Do you have specifics? I could estimate amounts, but I'm a horrible estimator.

My recipe.

13# pale 2-row or 9/4 pale 2-row/belgian pils
1.5# cara-pils
1# special b (one of my fav grains so I tend to use it in higher doses)
.5# Roasted Barley
1# dark candi (10 min)
1# honey (flame out)
1 oz perle (60 min)
.5 oz hallertauer (20 min)
.5 oz perle (5 min)
1oz corriander
zest 3-4 small oranges

I used White Labs Belgian Strong yeast

Mashed 156 (60 min)
Batch sparge 168
