Megapot mistake

Ladies & gents,

A year ago I bought (naively) a Megapot 1.2 8 gallon pot with holes for a thermometer and ball valve. I've found I use neither.

Is there something I can buy that'll plug those holes? I'd like to still use the pot as just an 8 gallon brew pot, without the thermometer or spigot. I'd rather not buy another 8 gallon pot.

I've searched some online HB stores and cannot find what I'm looking for. Am I stuck with buying a new pot?

That will work if the pot has threaded fittings, but I don't think it does.
OP, the Megapot has weldless fittings, right? Just plain holes?
If so, you need this-https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/mwl12lock.htm to go along with the plug.
I used the 1/4" setup to seal up a thermometer hole.

(Yep, just the holes. Now with the plugs and the locknut, washer and gasket I can plug these damn holes. Way cheaper than a new pot.

Home Depot/Lowes/Ace/R.E. Fastners/Grainger probably sell something you're looking for too. Just some plugs. I think www.brewchatter.com would have them also.
