Medical grade oxygen

I recently got my hands on some medical grade oxygen to oxygenate my wort. It came with a built in regulator that has from 1/2 to 25 lpm. I was just wondering how long and at what setting should I use to oxygenate 5 gallon batches.

I use 1 lpm for 1 minute for 5 gallons.

What size diffusion stone are you using ? How have your results been?
