Hi all,
I realized in the middle of a brew day that my PH meter was not calibrated. Since I really only check mash PH to correct for later batches, I just pulled a sample and stuck it in the fridge to check later. Plan is to let it come up to room temp and measure.
It’s been in the fridge in an open plastic cup for 4 days. Will that time in the fridge have changed the PH? I’d like to see where I stand, but I don’t want to adjust for a future recipe based on a faulty PH reading.
thanks!
