Mead, Cider, Fruit Wine Friendly Brew Software?

I have been poking around with a couple different brewing software apps but it seems most of them get kind of cranky if I'm not adding hops or grains or extracts or boiling anything. Most of the ingredients I'm wanting to add to a recipe are not in the ingredient databases.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a brewing software app that is friendly to the fruity fringe brewer?
