My wife, bought some of this stuff at Walmart. Me + My Gluten Assist Dietary Enzyme. It has Tolerase and Amylase in it. It's made by the same company that makes Clarex for Whitelabs.

On the topic of ClarityFerm by Whitelabs, have you noticed that they tell homebrewers to use 5 times more than they tell commercial brewers to use?
Their "recommended" dosing rate for homebrew is 10mL/5Gal (2mL/gal), while for commercial is 12mL/barrel (.4mL/gal)
