Can someone with better search skills than me help me find what I'm looking for on McMaster-Carr or another source. I can't seem to find it.

I'm looking for a for a fitting with the following two sides:
1/2 male threads
flared fitting for 3/8 inch copper pipe.
I'm looking for this part in stainless.

Thanks,
JD

Found two hits for 3/8" flared, but not for 1/2"NPT. You'll need an adapter:
These 2 products match your selections
Pipe Size Each
1/4" 50715K163 $7.08
3/8" 50715K164 9.19

We can assume you really mean flare, but I'd rather ask you if you're actually going to flare the tubing or if you mean "compression". If you intend to lock the fitting down on a piece of 3/8" OD tubing without using a flaring tool, you mean compression.

Thanks guys.
I was going to flare the copper so I could rotate the copper tubing inside the ss fitting which would screw into my ss 1/2" coupler on the inside of my sanke keg.

I think I'm going to make it all out of copper and just connect the two pieces with a piece of silicone tubing for now to see if it works.

It's basically a pickup for a converted sanke keg, but I want to try making a u shaped pickup so I can pickup from the edge of the keg where the ball valve is connected.

I'll post picture up with my test.
Thanks,
JD
