Just like anything else that is worth perfecting, there will be some stumbles and doubt but in the end you will be glad for them and be prouder of what you have accomplished

I've only made the cheap wine kits (oh vino italiano ... why did you have to be discontinued ::sob:
but I've found wine to be WAY more forgiving than beer. Maybe it's the higher gravity or the sulfite or whatever, but the bugs don't seem to bite it quite as hard. Wine must makes wort look like glorified sugar water by comparison, so the weaker star san could totally cause the problems.
