D's Spam musubi with a really katsuoboshi-forward furikake/aonori, the spam was glazed in a 2014 Bourbon County Brand Stout & Coffee reduction. Really smoky, sweet and rich. Completely delicious.

Man, so many. A few standouts for me....

New Glarus strawberry Rhubarb. BT Reserve. Cellarmaker 4:1 Nectarine. The Spon vert was fun.

But the Custom Prairie barrel bottles were crazy legit!
