Mashing Grapes

Hi,

Is it feasible to use a blender on my grapes as I dont have a press. Or should I go with the trusty potatoe masher

Your blender will break the seeds which is not what you want. I would go with the masher or your hands.

Mash them in a bowl, then put the juice, skins, and seeds (intact) in a straining bag. Remove after 1-2 weeks.
