Alright so here is what is up i brew with 3 blichmann broilmakers and i find that during my mash i loose a little bit too much temperature for my liking, ive read and heard about many technics and tricks but im sure you guys have more to offer so tell me what tricks or tecnics you do show some pics of your custom set ups

I use the same set up. I made an insulating blanket with air conditioning duct insulation. It works pretty good but I still have to add some heat at least once. I used heavy duty aluminum foil and foil duct tape to make the blanket from two pieces of the insulation.
I do slowly heat my sparge water at about 30 minutes into the mash. Hopefully that adds a little heat to the mash.
 
I use a sleeping bag, doubled over, and folded up over my BK. Holds temps within 1 degree for 90 minutes. It is heavy, so that probably won't work for larger batches. My last mash was a full volume BIAB batch, strike water was 8 gallons.
