I am trying to figure out a mash/sparge schedule for this recipe. I have had some pretty confusing attempts to switch some things around on Beersmith. I wanted to get some ideas from you, the experts!
I have a simple gravity fed system with a 10 gallon hot liquor tun (cooler), and a 13.5 gallon mash tun (cooler).
