I'm going to be brewing a big RIS on Saturday and i'm working on my water profile. I'm using the EZ water calculator. The recipe calls for 2 lbs of DME before I start the boil.

I know that the 2lbs of DME will affect my mash pH. How do I add that into the grain info to get a more accurate estimated pH? Do you use a certain grain in the spreadsheet for it?

DME is a kettle addition. It won't affect mashing pH. If you reach a proper pH with the mashing wort, you should not substantially affect the resulting kettle wort pH with the DME.
