I just purchased the Williams Mash & Boil, at 78 I find it difficult to lift the mash basket, any one find a clever way to do that?

use a pulley system. if you cant mount a hook in the ceiling then alot of guys set up a ladder and put the kettle under it, and use the top of the ladder to mount/secure the pulley.

sorry, links arent working. just google "ladder biab pulley" and you'll see a bunch of examples.

One option is to brew smaller batches.

I've been doing 5 gallon batches in mine, but I know there are people doing smaller batches.
