Anyone else had a really poor experience with getting support for the Mark II Keg Washer? Here's the emails he's sent me, really blown away by the attitude when I'm just trying to fix a broken part.

That’s just sad that you think a customer reaching out for support is just a liar and then act like an ass! Not only that, I thought we were discussing how much $$$$ it was going to be, no one was asking for free stuff, jackass.
Found the right place for my Dick II Keg Washer. I’m sure you think this is Photoshopped, or I just pulled it off the internet, but I assure you the middle finger is mine.
Asshat.

I didn't start out that way, but after 8 years working for free and so many people lying to me to get free stuff (free to them expensive for me) from me who were never customers in the first place, it just kind of happened

Hello,
I lost your reply to the email, but you offered a $45 pump replacement? Would this include shipping, and the additional parts for it? I’ve had this thing for over 2 years, and just now realized that I’ve been using the wrong parts, which is why I’ve never been a huge fan of this thing.
What I was doing was using the white split off for the ball lock on the top of the piping, which made it really hard to balance the keg on top, since the tubing had to come back out of the top of the keg to the ball lock, making it very unbalanced. I’ve walked out to find my keg tipped over many many times!
Then I watched a YouTube video, and there is a white part that fits at the bottom of the piping (That I don’t think I ever had), making it so that you are able to balance the keg. Drrrrrr…..

When I got it out and tried to figure out if I could reattach, it seems like it’s just a “false” ground, where there is only rubber behind that prong. Is it supposed to be that way? Should I be worried that it’s missing while I’m using this, or did it really not even function as a ground prong anyway? Thanks for the help.
