After being bottle conditioned for over a month now, my most recent cider is ready.
It's has a nice sweet finish to it due to a sweeter in the kit that must not be fermentable. So for all those looking for a sweet cider the mangrove hacks pear cider kit will be a good starting point. I made a 9.5% pear cider with notes of blue and blackberry ( 1 dram of each lorann flavouring oils)
All that have tasted it said it was nice and I agree.
I will be working on refining this recipe until I have something close to rekorderlig. Any questions please ask
